We never use common templates from software packages/Internet resources or from our previous web projects.

Step 1. For professional web site development we need a detailed project specification. If you are unable to provide it, then we will need to examine your goals, desired content and all other available information in order to help you create the specification.

Step 2. We then inform you of the projected cost (within 10%) and timeframe according to your approved project specification. Upon agreement, we require a 50% retainer to begin project development on our server. Customers are able to "see" the development process (we will provide an FTP account if necessary). The project can be tested with different OS (Windows, Linux, MacOS), browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla etc), various color modes and screen resolutions (800x600 end higher).

Step 3. Upon completion, remit the balance due for the project and we then provide you with all source code/documentation in addition to helping you install the project on your server. Don't have a server? We can help with that, too! During the 1-2 weeks after installation you may test all aspects of the project. Bug fixes are without charge.
