OPTIMUM WEB as a brand was established in 1999. There were founded 2 companies: OPTIMUM Ltd from Odessa, Ukraine and DOSARINFO Ltd from Chisinev, Moldova.These 2 companies agreed to use the common brand style on all their works called OPTIMUM WEB. Now OPTIMUM WEB  brand name includes 4 companies:

- OPTIMUM WEB ODESSA - located in Odessa, Ukraine
- OPTIMUM WEB MOLDOVA - located in Chisinau, Moldova
- OPTIMUM WEB RUSSIA - located in Moscow, Russia
- Private intrepreneur "DONTSOV" - located in Odessa, Ukraine

Many laborious inches culminate in a milestone, a few of which are detailed below:
