OPTIMUM WEB is the brand that was established in 1999. Later there were founded 2 companies: OPTIMUM Ltd from Odessa, Ukraine and DOSARINFO Ltd from Chisinev, Moldova. These 2 companies agreed to use the common brand style for all their works called OPTIMUM WEB. Now 4 companies joined to OPTIMUM WEB:

- OPTIMUM WEB Ukraine - located in Odessa, Ukraine
- OPTIMUM WEB Moldova - located in Chisinau, Moldova
- OPTIMUM WEB Russia - located in Moscow, Russia
- Private intrepreneur "DONTSOV" - located in Odessa, Ukraine
